Pastor Anderson vs Fascism (.05) + (6)

This guy damn near made an unyielding atheist go to church. Really, I did consider it.

Out of courtesy, I have not embedded the videos here, and am simply linking to where I found them. The link includes both videos.

Fascism => * (.05)
In the first video, Pastor Anderson educates a potentially decent officer. Aside from deeply admiring every word, I nearly fell out of my chair from laughter. The officer despite having some peculiar ideas, I think was a genuinely good man, and a fine example of where sponsored ideology and “good” intentions lay the first bricks to hell. Overall, I saw it as a positive encounter, where actual thinking took place, and the officer did not abuse his power to the usual level. Though it is still important to note that the officer really did have NO reason to harass the Pastor.

The second video I will refrain from saying much about, and will leave it mostly to your self to evaluate. I will only suggest you view it as if the subject were your own family, and fully encourage applicable reactions. And I will admit, it made me really fucking mad. I consider him family, though a stranger.

I know the feeling of impending brutality quite well, and thoroughly respect the Pastor’s bravery, integrity, and persistence. It is more difficult than I expect most understand. It is a very menacing experience to be violently confronted by an overwhelming force which can in no way be trusted, and seems intent on proving so. The easiest thing to do is comply, thus capitulating to something that really deserves nothing but resistance. The right thing to do is uphold the law, and expect others to do the same; and that is not easy.
